- Anti Fraud Agent

Requirements

• Min Diploma from a reputable university preferred;
• Have experience as the Underwriting for 1 year or Anti-Fraud specialist for at least 6 months;
• Get used to operating Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Good communication in English both verbal and written (casual conversation is enough);
• Able to work under pressure and with the deadline.

Job Description

• Checking & Investigate Daily Fraud Cases;
• Make a Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report;
• Give Suggestion for Risk Policy and Update;
• Daily checking & Research of Fraud on Web and Social Media;
• Checking & Investigate Fraud Complaint Cases.
