Requirements We are for individual with the following qualities:
  • Minimum 8 years of restaurant or hotel experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in Europe and or different Asian countries are an advantage.
  • Has strong culinary skill.
  • Has good HACCP/Food Safety knowledge.
  • Professional, self motivated and team player. to work under pressure.
  • English proficiency.
  • Apply for Indonesian national.


Educational Level:

  • Globally-recognized culinary qualification.
  • Degree holder in Hotel and Catering Management an advantage.
