thumbnail-cadangan Hi, I'm currently working in TeachCast with Oxford, a startup that runs a B2B online English Learning platform based in Jakarta. I'm looking for a Quality Control team member with details and requirements below:

Customer Experience Specialist:
  • Conduct and generate NPS and Satisfaction Survey
  • Compiling customer feedbacks
  • Monthly quality call and customer visit
  • Researching current trends and interest in our market
  • Customer Engagement, initiate programs for community building, gatherings, or event collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Min 1 year work experience (freshgraduates are also welcomed)
  • S1 in any major
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Problem solving
  • Good social skills
  • Good coordinating skills
  • Good at Ms Office (esp Ms Excel)
