Job Description
  1. Onboarding new employee by providing orientation about company culture, policies, and payroll information.
  2. Offboarding employees by conduct employment termination checklist, exit interview, and deactivate accounts
  3. Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results, scheduling management meeting or coaching with employees, hearing and resolving employee resentment, counseling employees.
  4. Maintains human resource records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, sick and personal time.
  5. Assists with the establishment of an in-house employee training system that addresses the company’s training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation or onboarding, management development, the measurement of training impact and training transfer.
  6. Helps to shape and monitor the organization’s culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in Psychology or any related field.
  2. Proven experience (min: 2 year) as HR officer, Generalist, Talent Management or Recruiter
  3. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc) and General Affair
  4. Understanding labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  5. Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  6. Excellent collaboration skills – being pro-active, able to effectively work with both internal & external partners.
  7. Ability to multi task, high Integrity, Organized, Detail-Oriented, and Problem-solving.
  8. Self starter with strong ethics and reliability.
  9. Start-up enthusiast.

GA Staff
Job Descriptions
  1. Organize the operational activities for the office by providing the facilities in a short time, accurate, and according to the approved budget.
  2. Generate and manage GA documents such as GA administrative, Payment Request, Cash Advance Request, Petty Cash Request, Purchase Order, etc  for internal requirements
  3. Managing and maintenance official vehicles and building
  4. Responsible for providing and distributing working tools
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree from any major (Management is prioritised).
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome but more than 1 year of experience working in the related field is preferable.
  3. Computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Drive).
  4. Well organised and have management skill.
  5. Have strong communication and negotiation skill.
  6. Can work with deadlines.
