Hi Make Up enthusiast! Benefit Cosmetic is looking for Benefit Trainer and NBA (National Brow Artist). This role will be leading make up training and make up class, also working back to back with operational team to increase sales and customer service. Below is the qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in education or sales
• College graduate or equivalent education or experience.
• Fluent English - written and spoken.
• Embody Benefits DNA.
• Comfortable and competent at makeup application.
• Able to perform all services according to the procedures outlined in the Service Handbook.
• Beauty Therapy qualification or an understanding of the Beauty Services Industry with a commitment to embrace, learn and perfect the Benefit waxing technique.
• Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills, ability to “think on their feet”, and public speaking skills.
