Job Description:

• Store Development role for securing a new location for the new store in Indonesia area
• Preferable with experience in other retail company and have known of stand-alone projects.
• The position requires to work closely with regional & local members
• The candidates require to communicate closely with regional & local members for project status, issues and mitigation action with leasing, design & project team members.
• The candidates must be able to review and revise the agreement between management and Landlord.
• The candidates must be able to conclude a negotiation with mall/landlord, securing new projects and maintain a good relationship.
• Review and ensure the quality of contract is within management standard.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from any majors
• Max 35 years old
• Minimum 7 years working experiences in Store Development (Site Acquisition)
• English mandatory

Position   : Store Design

Salary Range : 14-20 million
Years of Experience Needed : 4

Job Description:

• This is a Interior Design role for maintaining company design standards on the new store construction
• The position requires to work closely with regional & local members for uniqlo design standards,
• The candidates shall review design drawings from consultants and implementing Uniqlo design standards.
• The candidates shall communicate with landlord, vendors and contractors regarding to the design.
• The candidates shall be able to use AutoCAD, Photoshop & Sketchup

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design / Architecture Bachelor degree, max 32 years
• Minimum 4 years experience, related field
