• Bachelor degree in Management, Law or Psychology with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
• Professional integrity, excellent interpersonal and energetic proactive
• Good communication skill in English and Indonesian (must be able to deliver a good presentation)
• Ability to work in a team/individual
• Comfortable working in a system-based environment
• Must be organized, accurate. thorough and able to monitor work for quality
• Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
