Financial :
  • Country finance strategy, planning and management
  • Work together with the local leadership team in the business unit economic analysis and decision-making
  • Working capital management: cash, receivable and payable
  • Treasury and tax compliance and management
  • Hiring, training, managing and overseeing of the finance team and their day-to-day finance and accounting functions
  • Lead and manage finance transformation projects involving people, systems, tools and processes

Job Requirements:
  1. You are a certified accountant (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, etc.)
  2. You have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in audit, accounting or finance work
  3. Prefer candidates from banking /fintech/insurance/leasing and similar industry
  4. Bachelor's degree from Reputable University
  5. You are detail-oriented and can work under pressure
  6. You are analytical, quantitative, systematic and organized
  7. You have good knowledge of Excel and finance/accounting software
  8. You have knowledge of the local tax system and local commercial laws
  9. You are independent, initiative, high level of energy and great interpersonal skills
  10. You have good English both oral and written
