Job Descriptions:

• Tally ERP 9 is the most successful solution for small and medium enterprises. We are a certified Master Partner of Tally Solution.
• Technical trouble shooting – Resolving technical issues raised by the customer through ; Remote assistance (Through Team viewer), Phone Support, Email/ Chat Support and Onsite Support
• Candidate would be trained and developed on Tally products
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction

Desired Skill for Support:

• Candidate must have must have minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree with accounts and Commerce background with an average grade of 3.0 or above
• Basic computer knowledge
• 0-1 year experience of working in any industry.(fresh graduate can also apply)
• Any accounting software knowledge is an added advantage
