• Bachelor degree on civil or architecture engineering from reputable university
• Min 5 years’ experience as PM Interior handling office, bank, hotel and high-rise building interior projects
• Having in-depth knowledge on interior projects and able to handle and become problem solver for any projects issues
• Have good communication and management skill

• Maintain tax balances on the general ledger.
• Prepare all tax papers on a regular basis and handle all information data requests.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree major in Accounting.
• Proven working experience as a Tax Manager.
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all type of tax returns.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Good at meeting deadlines and problem-solving.
• Detail person, good calculation and pleasant personality, strong commitment, independent & able to fulfill the target with less supervision.
• Having the background in a big audit firm / public accountant will be advantageous.
• Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracylevel.

Job Description:

• Monitoring stock by each SKU in Market, Distributor and Warehouse (Target 0% Out Of Stock)
• Managing cold storage warehouse and cold chain transportation
• To ensure Service Level from Distributor Order
• Supervising the work of third party of cold storage warehouse and cold chain transportation
• Collaborate effectively with our head office in China, Distributor, sales, product management, stock level management, Purchase Order management and various other business functions.
• Develops standardized process including SOPs, KPIs, report requirements, systems need, and compliance requirements. Liaisons with other operational groups to ensure processes are established.
• Develops and maintains successful relationships with local vendors (e.g. airline representatives, freight forwarders, custom brokers, local pickup and delivery companies, regional trucking companies, line haul providers) as well as other co-load carriers.

Job Requirements:

• Male, Female, Maximal 40 years old
• Min. Education is S1 or S2 from Reputable University, preferable from Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse.
• Excellent in English skills in verbal and written, Mandarin skill will be advantage.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and Computer
• Prefer Experience from FMCG Industry like Ice Cream, Dairy, fresh milk etc.
• Must be have more than 6 years experience in Demand Planner and Supply Chain.
• Highly Proficient in Ms Excel ( Pivot Table ) and Power Point.
• Establish Credibility and ensure effective efficient supply chain solutions and demand planner
• Easy Going and Excellent communication and customer service skills
• willing to work overtime when required.
• will be place in Perwata Tower, Pluit - North Jakarta
• Working time : Monday to Friday
