Job Description:
  1. Responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of a project
  2. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs
  3. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
  4. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
  5. Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree on civil or architecture engineering from reputable university
  • Min 5 years’ experience as PM Interior handling office, bank, hotel and high-rise building interior projects
  • Having in-depth knowledge on interior projects and able to handle and become problem solver for any projects issues
  • Have good communication and management skill

  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practice.
  • Detail person, good calculation and pleasant personality, strong commitment, independent & able to fulfil the target with less supervision.
  • Having the background in hospitality / retail industry will be advantageous.
  • Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level.
