Responsibilities :
  • Handle Incoming call and customer complain
  • Creating and evaluating report about complain customer
  • Take care of communication with customer
  • Maintaining customer data
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Requirements :
  • Candidate must prosses at least Diploma , Bachelor’s Degree , any field.
  • Required languages; English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
