PT SMART Tbk (Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food) looking for Customer Service (Japanese Speaker) - BSD Placement

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• 流暢な日本語
• Having certificate N2 or N1
• Applicants must be willing to work in BSD.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Basic computer skill.
• 迅速な応答と良いリスナー
• High in integrity.

Main Duties:

• Maintain every case handling, follow SOP agreed by management.
• Maintain every tickets to be handled according to SLA agreed by management.
• Maintain good relationship with distribution, agents, and customers.
• Conduct export products to Singapore.
• Arranging and participate in Events.
• Arranging Business Trip.
