BD Engineer

POSITION TITLE : BD ENGINEER - JAKARTA

• B. Eng. or BSc
• Well experienced, most likely aged > 28 and <= 35 years
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Engineering and Project management consultancy firms
• Familiar with multi-disciplinary engineering and EPC projects in industrial sector
• Network and contacts with top companies in the process industry: O&G, chemical, nutrition & health
• Sales management skills in acquiring medium scale industrial projects
• Ability to develop and improve the sales pipeline, understanding the building blocks and what it takes to drive the sales
• Independent individual, self-propelling, self-motivating with ingrained hunting instinct
• Excellent communicator who can develop and tell a story, present a case and convince potential client
