Zonal Sales in Charge

PT. Tata Motors Indonesia, a fast growing automotive company is looking for Zonal Sales in Charge for Jakarta Placement. With qualification below:

Job Description:

• Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified region to achieve established sales targets.
• Monitor the performance of the sales teams or branches within the region and re-allocate resources to improve overall results.
• Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for the region.
• Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Age 25-35 years old
• Minimum 3 year experience as Regional Sales in ATPM or Automotive Company, Preferably in Commercial Vehicle Brand (Bus, Truck, Etc).
• Have experience running sales through Distributors/Dealers
• Driven and ambitious
• Willing to travel extensively all around Indonesia
• Proficiency in English is a must
