Job Description:

• Making contract and agreement
• Evaluation contract and agreement
• Handling database, or handling corporate issue for legal support
• Prepare and analyzing contractual documentations and legal research
• Ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks
• Capable to review various contract agreement and other legal documents
• Understanding international labor law and trading law
• Understanding legal aspects of international labor law or trading law

Job Requirements:

• Prefer Male
• Minimum age 40 years old or above
• Education minimum S2 (Master Degree)
• Major in law
• Background in international law and trading law
• Experience in legal aspects of international law or trading law minimum 15 years
• Experience as manager minimum 5 years
• Can speak English written and oral
