HR Manager

Job Vacancy for "HR Manager" :

Qualification :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
5. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy based on Hoishin Kanri perspective.
6. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics (Monthly).
