HR Generalist

Job Desc & Responsibilities:

• Administering employee health and welfare plan
• Answering employee requests and questions
• Assisting with new employee hiring processes
• Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
• Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes
• Prepares new-employee files
• Conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good understanding about recruitment and selection process
• Able to use and analyze psychological test
• Experience in HR Min. 2 Years
• Good understanding in training and development
• Understand payroll administration, compensation, and benefits administration
• Good Leadership Skill
• Understand general HR process
• Excellent knowledge in Indonesia's Labour rules and regulations
• Preferably Senior Staff specialized in Human Resources
