ASST MANAGER FACILITY

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have a comprehensive understanding in Technical (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil & Fit Out, IT) & Non Technical (FoodCourt, Security, Parking, Housekeeping, Landscape, Pest Control)
• Wiling to be place in Cakung area

Job Descriptions:

1. Manage day to day operational activities (manpower management, cashflow and vendor management)
2. To control and manage technical and non-technical related workscope for shopping center.
3. Develop and implementing response team in assessing building condition
4. Ensure all quality control procedures are executed for company project at work site in a timely and efficient manner
5. Make a monthly report in order to control and evaluate monthly operations to Manager
6. Ensure civil project are built as per design and specifications
7. Make a plan implementation activities and cost estimation of maintenance, repair and propose the development of building facilities
