HRGA Assistant Manager

Business: [Textile for automotive] Manufacture
Location: Cikarang

Qualification:

• Male, age 38-42 years old
• Experience in supervisory level at least 5 years
• Posses Bachelor degree of any major (preferable from Law major)
• Have sense of Leadership, High Responsibility and able to manage preasures
• Able to communication in English for report and daily conversation
• Have SIM A (Car driving licence)
• Have own car is preferable

Most important skill: Good Leadership and good communication skill with all stakeholder

Report to: Japanese HRGA VPP & PD

Remuneration package:

• Basic Salary 7-9 millions
• Position allowances
• Communication allowances (kartu Halo)
• Transport allowances 15-20 KIDR per day
• BPJS Health
