 1. General Manager or Country Business Development - Jakarta Base
Job Description :
  • Act as a country head leads team of sales, marketing and technical service to execute company's business mission including revenue and profit of country
  • Formulate and implement business strategy to achieve business performance
  • Explore new market opportunities and establish strategic business partners
  • Establish long-term distribution network
Desired Qualification :
  • Master degree in MBA/ focused on international business management
  • Logical thinking and business management skill
  • Good knowledge in construction material business is advantage
  • Experience in set-up and run business for foreign products is preferrable
  • Working experience at least 7-10 years relating to distribution trade
  • A hands-on, hard working and self-disipline person.
  • Good personality, presentation skill and self management.
  • Service minded persons
  • Fluent English communication is preferable
  • Able to travel uncountry regularly
 2. Marketing Manager - Surabaya & Medan base
Job Description :
  • Monitor and analyze company’s new market opportunities and conduct new product development and launch
  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings
  • Analyze market competitiveness and provide marketing plan for regional
  • Identify, develop, evaluate, and implement marketing strategy to acheive substantial sales
  • Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers and advertisers to market products and services.
  • Execute product and brand communication 
Desired Profile :
  • MBA or marketing. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or product design is preferable.
  • At least 5-7 years working experience in marketing, branding, product and market research
  • Experience in residential construction or building material business would be advantage (experience in fibre cement or calcium silicate business will be special credited)
  • A hands-on & hard working plus service minded person
  • Good personality, presentation skill and self management.
  • Fluent English communication both oral and written
  • Able to travel regularly + Excellent in SAP, MS-Office is preferable
 3. Technical Service Manager - Surabaya Base
Job Description :
  • Set up local technical team and lead technical transfer to local partners in specific work and location
  • Supervise at-site technical supports including demonstration, training and problem solving
  • Conduct installation training and workshop to partners /distributors / contractors in specific region
  • Provide QA inspection and consultant of proper installation to project clients
  • Supervise construction of product displays and/or mock-ups at any event (training) and/or exhibitions in any assigned location
Desired Profile :
  • Qualification: Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineer , MBA is preferred advantage
  • Good technical knowledge of installation of cladding materials is expected
  • Field experience in residential or commercial project management
  • Working experience at least 5-7 years. + A hands-on & hard working person.

 4. Project Sales Manager - Jakarta
Job Description :
  • Carry out the sales plans and executions of the company so as to develop sales of company's products to projects which are contractors / developer and Governments customers within Jakarta and assigned areas. 
  • Promote company products to all accounts and prospective customers in accordance with agreed business plans. 
Duties & Responsibilities:  
  • Responsible for selling to projects, including all site coordination
  • Expand SHERA products line to customers and achieve sales target in the assigned area
  • Develop prospective customers relations through appropriate sales methods to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy    
  • Execute sales tools with Marketing team to expand company's product line and increase sales volumne    
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.     
  • Record, analyze and conduct sales daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports  
  • Other duties may be assigned as required
