• 5 - 8 years experiences in Property Developer/Building/Housing company in marketing division
• Responsible for Marketing and promotion campaign
• Ability to conduct a SWOT analysis on competition
• Ability to do market research and provide information about market potential for new site
• Recommend pricing strategy for new sites
• Have good communication skills
• Knowledge of local language essential
