Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or higher in architecture with minimum of five years plus of proven experience to develop schematic design to construction drawing and site supervision.
2. Creative, strong artisitic sense
3. Relevant experience for Residential, Villaand Resort Project 
4. Some experience in landscape and interior design would be an advantage.
   Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential in dealing with all project parties especially with client and consultants
5. Excellent in computer skills (Auto cad/Autodesk Revit, Sketch up, 3D Max)
6. Advanced AutoCAD and detailing design knowledge
7. Fluency in English (spoken and written)
8. Hard-worker, loyal, honest, self-motivated and good team work
