Designer, FF&E, Co-ordinator

DPD international (www.dpdinternational.asia) is seeking architects and interior designers with dynamic personality to join our interior architectural team.

SENIOR DESIGNERS (to be based in Singapore or Shanghai)

• 12-15 years in hospitality experience with design/architectural academic background
• Strong Design skills with good knowledge of technical aspects
• Good project management skills ie able to work, direct and lead design team
• Good client presentation skills
• Proficient in CAD & Photoshop
• Ability to communicate well in English & Mandarin
• Travelling overseas for work assignment is required
• Team player with leadership qualities
• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines.

INTERIOR DESIGNERS (to be based in Singapore or Shanghai)

• 8-10 years in hospitality experience with design/architectural academic background
• Strong Design Development and Project Co-ordination skills
• Proficient in CAD & Photoshop
• Ability to communicate well in English & Mandarin
• Good team player and able to work with minimum supervision
• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines

SENIOR FF&E (to be based in Singapore)

• 5-7 years experience in Interior Design or equivalent
• Ability to work FF&E in Hospitality projects and 5-star international chain is a plus
• Proficient in CAD & Photoshop
• Travelling to overseas on job assignment is required.
• Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, innovative and proactive.
• Ability to communicate well in English & Mandarin
• Team player with leadership qualities
• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines

SENIOR PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR (to be based in Singapore)

• 4-6 years experience in Project management
• Experienced in site supervision to ensure execution phase of project meets design and clients requirements, with hospitality or corporate experiences preferred.
• Ability to co-ordinate and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of site activities
• Proficient in CAD & Photoshop
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
