Carrier Opportunities: ARCHITECT in Balikpapan Based

We are the Engineering Consultant Company for various building facilities, currently seeking for the best candidate to fill in position as an Architect.

The candidates are also requested to be able to work and live in Balikpapan. The work will be started around August 2011.

The qualification is as follows:

• Graduate degree (S1) in Architect
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience in Architect design and engineering detailed design.
• Very Good written and spoken English language.
• Familiar with Architect software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max / ArchiCAD.
• Having very good knowledge and capable to define comprehensive architect design such as Building Typology, Building System, Development of dimensions, Landscape & external works design, Schematic Design and Partition locations.
• Able to creating proposal of alternative conceptual design based on architectural principles providing with pros and cons.
• Able to work and live in Balikpapan.
