Urgently Required: Corporate Architect @ Technical Department
Career Level: Middle

Technical Department provides technical assistance from conceptual until the property is built and ready to be handed over for operational. The assignment is to maintain good communication with the appointed consultants (architect, MEP and structure) ensuring that everything is well anticipated as early as the design phase, from the operational point of view.

Job Duties:

• Assist in preparation of overall concept statement.
• Assist in preparation of surface program.
• Providing design statements to guide the look and feel of the facility.
• Guiding the initial design layout to match with the operational needs.
• Preliminary and design development drawing review.
• Provide and/or revise specifications during construction documentation phase.
• Construction progress reviews, to oversee and anticipate problems.
• Assist operational team for the hand over of the properties.

Requirements:

• S1 degree in Architecture with min. 6 years of experience.
• Good design flair, ability to imagine the result of a design proposal.
• Order and planning oriented, ability to oversee and to anticipate problems (at construction and when operational) during design and planning phase.
• Detail oriented person, with knowledge in construction detail and installation method.
• Knowledge in mechanical, electrical and plumbing system.
• Communicate and correspondence effectively in English.
• Ability to prioritize and accurately estimate the time needed for each task.
• Computer literate: CAD and graphic software.
